Shipping policy

All products in our store are individually made with attention to every detail.

The production time is 1-2 working days. Once the order is ready, it is sent to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery to Bulgaria and Romania

Shipments are sent via the courier company Speedy. After being sent by us, delivery is usually made within 1 business day to Bulgaria and 1-3 business days to Romania.

All shipments are sent with the "Open and Test" option so that you can check the product upon receipt.

Other Europe countries

Shipments are sent via the courier company DPD or A1 POST depending on your country.
